Iteration #3:
Simulated Selves: Cloud Phone

Our third and final project development test involved the proposition of a dedicated phone platform to allow participants to speak to our ‘Simulated Selves’ avatars via a telephone selection panel. This option was put forward as it could be configured for wall mounting or presented as a stand-alone work in an enclosed ‘phone booth’ set up.

While this version provided a more practical solution to the outdoor location, it did not resonate as well conceptually. As such, we returned to Iteration #2 for further refinement towards the final festival design.
